I have known Roland since 2009, which is the year that we contracted him to build our home at Lac Demarais. Since that date Roland has built 4 homes for me in Tremblant and 4 homes for myself and my partners near Montebello. He is currently building a home for one of my partners and is involved in the design stage for a home for myself.

We have been very pleased with all of the homes built by Maisons HR.

Roland is prepared to provide you with options when you are in the initial design stage of your home. The timing, quality, cost for value and follow up on any post construction issues has been very good.

The experience working with Roland and his team was positive from beginning to end. The time lines were

Despite being a picky and a meticulous individual, I am happy to report that the house was built on time, on budget, with quality and care. During the 6-month build, Roland has always been accessible and reachable. He returned our phone calls and texts the same day, and often the same hour. We were not his biggest contract, but his professionalism made us feel important for his business.

Today, after three years in our cottage we have had very little need for repairs. However, when we did, he returned our call promptly and cared about fixing the issue, even when he was not a root cause.
